Government School Education & Community Engagement Program

Vidyamytri Trust's approach is to create a thriving educational ecosystem by working hand-in-hand with government schools and rural communities in North Karnataka. This involves providing direct support to under-resourced schools by improving infrastructure, supplying learning and digital materials, and training teachers in child-centered, inclusive pedagogy. Simultaneously, the Trust focuses on Community Engagement & Ownership, mobilizing parents, SDMCs, and local leaders through awareness sessions and cultural programs to build trust and local participation. This holistic strategy ensures inclusive child development for all, including girls and children with disabilities, by integrating academic support with life skills, health, and environmental education.
