Early Intervention for Children with Disabilities
At Vidya Mytri Trust, we believe every child deserves the best start in life. Early childhood, especially from ages 0 to 9, is a vital period for cognitive, emotional, and social development. Children in rural and underserved communities often miss out on early learning, healthcare, and nurturing environments—putting them at risk of falling behind. Our Early Intervention Program identifies and supports children showing signs of developmental delays or learning difficulties. We work to close the gap through: Developmental Screenings to detect learning, speech, motor, or behavioral concerns early. Play-Based Learning activities that boost brain development and social skills. Parental Training to help caregivers actively support their child’s development. Inclusion Support to ensure children with disabilities receive timely care and guidance. By intervening early, we aim to reduce long-term learning barriers, enhance school readiness, and set children on a path to lifelong learning. Children supported at an early stage are more likely to stay in school, succeed academically, and build essential life skills. Early support changes lives—and we’re here to make it happen.
